If you are a foreigner and want to enter in to the land development projects there are many Joint ventures opportunities available with local and foreign collaborators. They are very profitable one and you may start to earn money by keeping the property share or selling the finished projects. Always check for the BOI approved construction projects as they can give you tax relaxation from the local ones.
Always go in to the foreign currency operated projects and sign them rather than the local currency projects. Also for foreigners there is a limitation as to which floor they can own with out local taxes. Also the real estate profit money can
